These stalks are made of the stem of the catnip plant- air dried and cut into approx. 11.5cm sticks, they make for wonderful dental chews safe for cats and kittens!

Supervision is always recommended when giving your cat something to chew- these sticks are nontoxic and safe to chew and digest in small quantities, but as with any toy, they can’t be guaranteed 100% safe.

Each pack is approx 16g of catnip stalks, which is usually 10x 11.5cm sticks. Bundles are packed by weight so you may receive more or less than 10 stalks, but each bundle will weigh around 16 grams

ABOUT CATNIP

Cats may exhibit excited or stimulated behaviour when playing with these sticks- this is because their brains interpret natural compounds in the plants as cat pheromones, which causes them to go a little crazy!

They may start gnawing and eating the sticks, which helps maintain dental health and chewing helps release endorphins in cats, just like in dogs! Chewing is a healthy activity and helps them both physically and mentally- a weekly stalk can be a fun aid for preventing dental disease in cats.
