ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED

If your order hasn’t been delivered within 6-8 weeks, please kindly contact your local post office. Make sure you have double checked that your address is correct, as we’re not responsible for orders getting lost/returned due to wrong addresses, and failure to pick your order up from the post office.

If your order has not arrived after 8 weeks, please contact us so we can put forth a missing post claim with our delivery service. 

ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERD BUT NOT RECEIVED

Please check your post box, surrounding area if your order has been dropped off in there or nearby. Also check with your family members, roommates, neighbours etc. if it has been picked up by them. Lastly, please contact your local post office and ask if they might know where it is. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do once it reaches your country.

INSURANCE AND TRACKING

All orders are tracked and insured up to £250 

If your delivery has not arrived, we will first ask for consent to use your details to fill in your missing order claim. Our insurance policy allows us to apply for a claim if your package has not been delivered after 8 weeks from postage. If your order has not been delivered by this 8 week period please contact us so we can issue a claim with our insurance. You will recieve the full refund amount rewarded by the insurance with the confirmation email from RM. If the insurance provider decides not to payout a claim however, sadly we cannot issue a refund either. Historically, this has not happened yet but it should be made aware of. Thank you for your cooperation and trust. 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

GIFT ORDERS & NOTES

All orders are packaged with care with attention to detail. We understand that presentation is everything and the unwrapping experience is sometimes as important as the gift itself! 

Orders can be sent as gifts to friends and family as well. To send the order directly to them, put their address on the shipping information but keep your address as the billing address.
All reciepts are electronic via email, so don’t worry about including the price tags in your gift! No item is price marked nor labelled with any indicators of cost so you can send gifts directly from us- just put your own email in checkout but with your recipient’s address.  

If you want a handwritten message included with your order or to request a pet’s name on an artwork’s name card, please mention this in your order notes. We would be more than happy to customize packaging to make your order that extra bit special! 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Please be sure to read over item descriptions thoroughly before making your purchase.
